13 degC at Monto to 28 degC at home, another gloriously sunny day in QLD We had a discussion this morning, while still in bed, and decided that we would head home today, not because we were not enjoying being out in the van, simply because we have been to most of these places in 2020 and there was nothing new to see. We were also keeping in mind we head off on our France cycle trip in five weeks time, and need to get the house sorted for the Wendy's folks who are coming up to escape the Canberra winter, and to have a Gwebi (Rhodesian Agricultural College) reunion (60years we think). R&T will arrive a few weeks after we leave and stay for a few weeks after the reunions attendees leave. So, we need to ensure the house is up to scratch, and if we don't start now, we will be running around like headless chooks in the days before we depart for France.
